[BUG] Claude Desktop blank screen on Windows — mainView timeout on version 1.11847.5

What's Wrong?
Claude Desktop launches but shows a completely black/blank screen every time. The app is unresponsive and cannot be closed normally.
What Should Happen?
Claude Desktop should load normally and display the chat interface.

Steps to Reproduce
- Install Claude Desktop v1.11847.5 from claude.ai/download (MSIX package)
- Launch the app
- Blank/black screen appears immediately, app is unresponsive

Additional Information
Tried: multiple reinstalls, clearing all app data folders, running as administrator, launching with --disable-gpu (app requires GPU so this fails). Browser version at claude.ai works fine. Issue appears to be a bad auto-update.
