[BUG] Claude Desktop hangs on startup with blank screen (Windows)

What's Wrong?

Title: Claude Desktop hangs on startup with blank screen (Windows)
Description:
Claude Desktop fails to launch properly, showing only a blank screen. The VM service starts successfully but the application window remains unresponsive.
Steps to reproduce:
Install Claude Desktop on Windows
Launch the application
Window opens but displays blank screen indefinitely
Environment:
App version: 1.8555.2.0 (initially), latest version (after reinstall)
OS: Windows [your version]
Location: Accra, Ghana
What I've tried:
Multiple reinstalls
Running as administrator
Disabling antivirus
Deleting app data folders
Clean boot
Fresh install after complete removal
Event Viewer logs:
[Include the hang logs you shared earlier showing "Top level window is idle" and the fault bucket details]
Additional notes:
VM service (CoworkVMService) starts successfully but app window remains blank.
