[BUG] Claude Desktop hangs on startup with blank screen - Windows

What's Wrong?

Claude Desktop opens but displays only a blank screen. The window appears but remains completely unresponsive. The VM service (CoworkVMService) starts successfully, but the application interface never loads.

What Should Happen?

Claude Desktop should launch and display the normal interface after signing in.

Error Messages/Logs

Event Viewer logs show:
- Application Hang (EventID 1002)
- AppName: claude.exe
- HangType: Top level window is idle
- Version: 1.8555.2.0 (initially)

Steps to Reproduce

Install Claude Desktop on Windows
Launch the application
Window opens but shows blank screen indefinitely
VM service starts (confirmed in Event Viewer) but UI never loads
