What's Wrong?
My payment method was used to purchase an unauthorized gift subscription sent to stephen_walker@gmail.com (Emerson). I never authorized this.

What Should Happen?
Full refund of €199.97 and confirmation that the fraudulent gift subscription has been revoked. Escalation to a human billing agent.
