[Bug] Claude loses context of user directives across multiple messages

Question

**Bug Description**
he forgot what I asked like 6 messages ago to use the make command from a certain pwd my message was like "always use it from here : ${PWD} make dev" to give full context, and he did not understand this simple statement and did it from somewhere else.
