[BUG] The Extra Credit $100 Disappeared After The Max Subscription Expiration

What's Wrong?

I have $100 Extra Credit in my account (given by Anthropic in early April, valid for 90 days).

I have consumed about $3. The rest $97 disappeared.

I manually renewed my subscription but still with zero balance for extra credit.

What Should Happen?

the Extra Credit should be independent from the account subscription (remain to be $97 in my example).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have $100 in the extra credit
2. Let the subscription expire without renewal
3. The extra credit will be closed out to zero
