Bug with weekly limit, and extra credit.

Bug Description
I apparently hit my weekly limitation with less than 10 prompts done since monday morning.
Added $40 of extra credit to move forward, yet when i submit a prompt I receive this error message: You've hit your limit · resets Apr 3 at 8am (Europe/Paris)
You clearly have an issue that need to be fixed.
