[BUG] Fable 5 only on extra credit on terminal with plan Max

What's Wrong?

I use Claude Code on Mac terminal, ans since Three days ago, I can't use fable 5 anymore on it even with the plan max subscription, on the desktop app it works, I don't have reach 50% rate limit of the week, so its a big bug, because I took Max plan for fable 5

What Should Happen?

I should be able to use fable 5 on terminal with plan max for free, not extra credit
