[BUG] All extra usage money disappeared in account after renewing Claude Pro subscription using new card

What's Wrong?

I had 5 dollars in my account, along with 50 dollars of opus 4.6 campaign credits.
While it's acceptable for the 50 dollars to disappear, that 5 dollars shouldn't have disappeared.
Support has been ignoring me, saying my account isn't eligible for the campaign. I don't care about the campaign. Give me the credits (I fully paid for) back.

What Should Happen?

The money should've been restored to 5 or 53 dollars (2 dollars had been used from the 50 dollars credit)

Steps to Reproduce

Buy extra usage credits, unsubscribe, subscribe with a different credit card.
Your credits will be gone.
