[BUG] Where did my money go

What's Wrong?

This morning at 8:50 I added £40.50 ($50USD) of credit to my Max account. Within 10 mins while I was making breakfast it was gone. Used!

When I queried this the claude agent helpfully told me it was unlikely that I had used this in 10 mins, but it didn't matter as under the t&cs it didn't matter, because the system said it was used it was used.

What Should Happen?

I shoudl get the credit too use It should not disappear

Error Messages/Logs

No terror logs.  just gone

Unhelpfully the usage logs are not available on Max. Although the AI agent helpfully suggests numerous times I look the logs for those 10 mins, and then told me they were not available for Mac just for teams. 

The told me again I should look ash then logs for those 10 mins, only to then say I couldn't see it for max only for teams
