[BUG] Billing: $50 Opus 4.6 promotional credit disappeared after subscription renewal

What's Wrong?

My $50 Opus 4.6 promotional credit disappeared after subscription renewal.

What Should Happen?

Expected: Credit balance should show ~$49.20 (after $0.80 consumption)
Actual: Credit balance shows $0.00

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Claimed $50 Opus 4.6 promo credit successfully before Feb 16
2. Used Claude/Claude Code - consumed only $0.80
3. Subscription renewed
4. After renewal, credit balance reset to $0.00

Additional Information

This is time-sensitive - promotion claiming ends Feb 16, 2026 11:59 PM PT (in ~3 days). I already contacted support via Help Center but haven't received response yet. This is the same billing system bug as #23674 where credits weren't preserved during renewal.

Please restore my promotional credits immediately.
