[BUG] : $50 Opus 4.6 promotional credit disappeared (possibly after claiming $20 extra usage credit)

I claimed a $50 Opus 4.6 promotional credit in January 2026. The credit has since disappeared from my account with no notification or explanation. The credit does not appear under Invoice history in Settings > Billing.
I later claimed a separate $20 extra usage promotional credit. It's possible this action triggered the same billing system bug documented in #23674 and #25586 where credits are zeroed out during account/billing state changes. I also had a billing change mid-march where a promotional rate ended and I am now on the full price.
Support via the Fin AI agent was unhelpful - the conversation was ended without resolution.
Steps to reproduce
- Hold an active $50 Opus 4.6 promotional credit balance
- Claim a separate $20 extra usage promotional credit
- Check Settings > Usage > Extra Usage - balance shows only the $20 credit
- Check Settings > Billing > Invoice history - credit does not appear (not even for the $20 credit
Claude.ai account has the same email as my github account.
Expected behavior
Both promotional credits should be preserved and visible in account balance.
In case the promotional credit had an expiry time, it should be visible in the account balance.
Actual behavior
Promotional credit shows $20 promotional credit - $50 cannot be seen anymore. No trace in billing history of either promotional credit.

Both promotional credits should be preserved and visible in account balance.
In case the promotional credit had an expiry time and/or is expired, it should be visible in the invoice history.
