[Cowork] "Failed to load local file" when opening files created by Cowork

Description

When using Cowork and opening files it created in the right panel (Artifacts/Context list), I get the error: "Failed to load local file."

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Cowork in Claude Desktop
2. Mount a local folder
3. Have Claude create a file
4. Click on the file in the panel — error appears

Expected behavior

The file should open and display its contents.
