[BUG] Failed to load local file

What's Wrong?

Product: Claude Desktop app (latest version), Cowork feature
Operating System: Windows 11

What I've tried:
Restarted the app multiple times
Tested downloading different files - all show the same error
Attempted downloads across all files in the Cowork project
Additional context: Microsoft Office is installed on the system. The error persists regardless of which file is selected for download.

Curious to know if this is because the orignial files it was working off of were from a usb?

What Should Happen?

Download the docx and pptx files.
