[Bug] Failed to load session on Desktop app

Bug Description
It was active around 3am on March 15, 2026
It started to compress the chat and load a "plan"
The Desktop app now shows "Failed to load session" whenever I open that session, either typing or waiting it will show up
I went through some fixes and it seems like the session or chat is not on my local
I'm on Windows using the Claude Code
