[BUG] Failed to load session

What's Wrong?

whenever opening a new tab or existing tab under claude code, any directory whatsoever is failing, it simple displays failed to load session, tried everything under the sun,
cowork and chat work perfectly

even claude on terminal and cli is working efforlessly, no old cache or anything since it is on the app for mac

What Should Happen?

it should listen to my command and start coding

Even write hi on claude code, it does not reply to first input
when you write another line or word (Failed to load session)
