Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When viewing Claude Code output via Remote Control in the Claude iOS app (iPhone), the assistant's text output renders in a serif font rather than a monospace/sans-serif font. This looks inconsistent with the terminal experience and is harder to read on mobile.

What Should Happen?

Output text should render in a monospace or sans-serif font consistent with the terminal display, not a serif font.

How to Reproduce

  1. Start a Claude Code session with remote control enabled
  2. Connect via the Claude iOS app on iPhone
  3. Observe that assistant output text uses a serif font

Environment

  • Device: iPhone
  • App: Claude iOS app (remote control view)
  • Claude Code: latest
