[BUG] Remote Control (iOS, iPhone) not rendering/interacting properly

What's Wrong?

On connecting to an in-progress session, the view rendered a message from ~halfway through the conversation context in the top half of the screen with nothing below it. I could type and send one initial message, but only saw the assistant's response in the summary/notification — the live thread never updated, and the input was frozen for any follow-up message. Had to return to desktop to continue.

What Should Happen?

Remote control should connect to the tail of the desktop conversation and allow me to continue chat on iphone
