Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
When typing /resume, my conversation history comes up completely empty after restarting my IDE session (Cursor, but not relevant).
Spamming 'ctrl + A' on my keyboard causes a visual glitch that flashes the Claude Code TUI briefly showing my accurate conversation history. However, its not selectable or navigable and only peeks during flashes when spamming 'Ctrl + A'
What Should Happen?
/resume should load past conversations and allow resumption
Error Messages/Logs
N/A
Steps to Reproduce
- Start IDE, start Claude Code within the integrated terminal.
- Start a new chat, type anything just to get a short history for testing.
- After a couple turns, restart your IDE (close the terminal that CC is running inside).
- After IDE restarts, start Claude Code in the terminal again.
- Type /resume
- The resulting conversation history will be empty when it should be populated.
