[FEATURE] Add a permanent delete option for past conversations in the VS Code extension

In the VS Code extension (v2.1.289, Windows 11), the past conversations list only offers Rename and Archive on hover. There is no way to permanently delete a conversation from the UI.
Please add a Delete action (with a confirmation prompt) next to Rename and Archive.
Currently the only way is to manually delete the .jsonl file under ~/.claude/projects/, which is hard to find and gets recreated if VS Code is still running.
