[BUG] Removing Past Conversations

What's Wrong?

Past Conversations cannot be removed, either from the terminal or from the user interface in Visual Studio Code.

What Should Happen?

Integrate a feature to remove “Past Conversations.”

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the extension to use Claude Code in Visual Studio Code
2. In the interface for interacting with Claude Code, if there are any “Past Conversations,” it will not be possible to remove them.
