What's Wrong?

Above is my claude code window in vs code. When I add a new window and click past conversations, I can not find the conversation that has been created.

That means if I accidentally close the current conversation, the conversation is gone. And I have to use claude --resume to get the conversation back. However it's so inconvenient. Not like cursor I can always see the past conversation

What Should Happen?

I should see the past conversations when I open a new claude code window
