The Claude Code extension restarts VSCode when loading past conversations.

I've noticed problems with the Claude Code for VSCode extension. When I start VSCode and click to open Claude Code, and go to the list of past conversations, it starts loading, but then VSCode restarts every time I do this. Until a few hours ago, everything was working normally. I've already disabled and enabled it again, uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, but nothing has solved the problem.
