[BUG] Unable to resume conversations in VSCode

What's Wrong?

Claude suggested I share this information with you:

VSCode extension, Windows 11
Non-git directory (h:\)
Sessions exist in .claude/projects/h--/ but /resume only shows the current session after a VSCode restart
5 previous sessions with valid .jsonl files are present

What Should Happen?

I should be able to resume previous conversations after a restart

Have a conversation with Claude in VSCode. Reboot the computer, open vscode and resume conversation.
