[BUG] VSCode: Unable to use prior conversations when switching from subscription to console API after hitting your 5 hour limit

What's Wrong?

After hitting the 5 hour utilization limit on my subscription account (pro), I attempted to switch from my claude subscription account to my anthropic console API and continue the conversation that I had started with my subscription account, and it continued to tell me that my 5 hour utilization resets at x time even though my console account has credits loaded.

It might be useful to add that the credits were loaded AFTER I received the rate limit on my pro account.

What Should Happen?

The conversation should continue without utilization interruptions.
