[Bug] Unexpected usage spike: 7% to 22% of quota in same sessions without hitting 5-hour limit

Bug Description
The usage jumped it up again, from 7% to 22% from my total usage in a crazy way and fast way. I was using the same sessions 3 sessions from 0% to 7% that from 7% to 22%. No idea what happens there with the tokens usage as I was doing the same work, with the same models, effort, sessions, compact strategy, without using Fable at all (<3%). So no idea how can Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5 can burn so many tokens, from 7 to 22% without hitting the 5-hours limit once. Something dont adds up. Please help.
