[BUG] Can't exit Claude after hitting usage limit.

What's Wrong?

I hit my usage limit. I tried to /exit. I get an error that I've hit my usage limit.

What Should Happen?

A slash-command like exit should be handled locally, not by a model.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch claude
  2. Have Claude manage sub-agents handling tasks for a while
  3. Exceed your usage limit, see error in claude
  4. Type /exit (or /status, or /model, or...)
