[BUG] Hitting limit in under 1.5 hours

What's Wrong?
Plan: Max 20x
Usage pattern: 5 concurrent sessions (VS Code extension), solo developer
Symptom: Hitting limit in under 1.5 hours
Context load: ~83KB auto-loaded per turn (CLAUDE.md + MEMORY.md), 103 memory files (1.2MB directory)
Expected: Max 20x should comfortably handle this workload
