[Bug] Token usage not reset when resuming agent after hitting limit

Bug Description
there seems to be a weird issue where if your agent team stopped exactly when usage limit reached and then you ask it to continue. It uses the total amount of token it said it uses instead of resetting from 0 with context where it stopped. While in screenshot 23 min have passed I hit 30% in less than 10 minutes on Opus 5.5.
