[FEATURE] Keep input while switching conversations

Problem Statement

For VS Code extension : Claude Code for VS Code If I swap to another conversation and comeback to one previously selected. The input that was being written is lost.

Proposed Solution

At the same location where you store conversations historic lets sync input. Same kind of work as VS Code or word auto save
