[FEATURE] Keep conversations in the same order as before restart

Problem Statement

If I restart the extension Claude Code for VS Code, also done by restarting VS Code When I comeback the conversations arent sorted by. last used

Proposed Solution

If without restarting the extension the conversations are kept sorted by last updated. Lets keep persist that order by making it survive restarts
