What's Wrong?

Github EXTENSION Plan mode and ask mode sometimes its asks for bash permission and when you give that permission its turn to blank screen.

What Should Happen?

It must be work as usual like before

Steps to Reproduce

1-Open vscode extensino
2- give commends like make all images to HEIC
3- then when it starts to ask give permission bash accept lastly
4- ta daaa blank screen
