[BUG] api error when i upload a picture from a chatbot

when i try use claude code i upload a picture from a chatbot but claude said me api error,

claude code said me API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). Please double press esc to edit your last message or start a new session for Claude Code to assist with a different task. If you are seeing this refusal repeatedly, try running /model claude-sonnet-4-20250514 to switch models. when i upload a picture from a chatbot made for me and i give a modification with the desing of this chatbot claude code said me this only appears when i upload this picture, incluide when i before asking claude for pictire and he said this is a bug but not is real beacause this issue wiill come back in a short time and really have a problem with this today in the morning untill now

Steps to Reproduce

i upload a picture, he said there,s no problem with them, but the problem come back, this issue is gone in the past when i update the extension on vscode and the package with npm (node)

this issue is done and fixed in the past, i paid for two accounts in claude, i can represent this like a cheat because this use tokens, when is not work, limit usage is consumed in this problem but i cant work,
