[BUG] CAN´T OPEN A SECOND CHATBOT FOR SUPPORT

What's Wrong?

CHAT FOT SUPPORT CAN´T BE ELIMINATED AND IT CAN´T ALLOW TO OPEN A NEW CHAT. I NEED HUMAN SUPPORT BUT NOBODY ANSWER MY CALLS.

What Should Happen?

OLD CHAT SHOULD BE CLOSED. AND ALLOW NEW CHATS
