[BUG] Sharing picture without text in Claude Code via Windows App causes session to stall permanently

What's Wrong?

When I post an image (like a screenshot) in Claude Code chat (desktop app, Windows), and doesn't provide any text with it, then the entire session goes stall. From there, it will not accept any messages or input - every response will be API Error: 400 like below:

What Should Happen?

You should be able to send pictures / screenshots without accompanying with any text.

Just paste and picture without text and you will see it. I am able to reproduce this every single session.
