What's Wrong?

The amount of times I have to go and double check things that look / sound off in Claude Code and then when I question the data and validate it... I get the classic...

What Should Happen?

It should be forced to look for evidence and present evidence for why it thinks what it thinks. The constant asking for evidence only to find it just completely made up the "facts" it had been giving me for the past few prompts... it wastes time and it wastes tokens, given that you're squeezing down the capacities of the Pro and Max plans quietly in the background, this is waste most of us cant afford in our usage allowances.

Steps to Reproduce

Just ask it to do something and then question it a few times and within a few prompts you will almost certainly be lied to. It's like dealing with a teenager.
