[BUG] Bug with image upload on cc for vscode (claude code v2.1.33)

What's Wrong?

When I tried to upload a 4 MB image file, I got that error. After that, I couldn’t send any messages because the error kept appearing, so I had to start a new conversation due to this bug.

Image base64 size (5.0 MB) exceeds API limit (5.0 MB). Please resize the image before sending.

What Should Happen?

Please make an update to fix this bug.
