[BUG] Multi Image Upload Fails in CLI

What's Wrong?

There is an issue with Claude Code when I try to drag and drop multiple images in to CLI. Only one image is uploaded. Previous version was able to do it

When filing the issue, include:

• OS: macOS (Darwin 25.2.0)
• Claude Code version: 2.1.92
• Steps to reproduce: drag and drop multiple images into the CLI
• Expected: all images uploaded
• Actual: only one image uploaded

What Should Happen?

All the images should be uploaded together.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select multiple images
2. Drag it to the Claude Code CLI
3. Drop it.
4. You will only see one images visible.
