Preflight Checklist

What's Wrong?

My personal organization on a paid Max plan was disabled between Oct 3 03:27 UTC and Oct 4 05:02 UTC 2026 with no prior warning. The appeal was rejected with a generic "violation of our Usage Policy" without citing any specific provision, and the follow-up review ended with "This is our final decision". The account was used only for ordinary software development via Claude Code, and the only unusual signal was VPN exit nodes changing regions (Finland / Los Angeles). I am a citizen of Armenia, a supported country, and I am ready to complete identity verification.

What Should Happen?

The automated disable should be manually re-reviewed. If no specific violation can be pointed to, the organization should be restored.

Error Messages/Logs

"Organization disabled. This organization has been disabled."
Appeal response: "we have determined that we cannot reinstate your organization at this time due to a violation of our Usage Policy" (Reference: TS-01a10b45-3520-73ce-abca-bf46f52162e4)
Follow-up: "We reviewed the additional context you shared and decided not to restore access. This is our final decision."

Steps to Reproduce
