[FEATURE] Desktop app: option to stop chat auto-scroll while I'm reading

Problem Statement

In the Claude Desktop Code tab the chat keeps jumping to the bottom while the agent is writing. I scroll up to read an earlier part and lose my place, so I can't read anything until the agent stops.

Proposed Solution

A setting to turn auto-scroll off. Or simpler: stop following once I scroll up, and resume only when I scroll back to the bottom.

Alternative Solutions

autoScrollEnabled from the CLI doesn't affect the desktop app. Right now I just wait until the agent finishes and read after that.
