Bug Description
When I start a command the terminal scrolls to the top and then back to the bottom before I can continue to type or submit the command. Its a really annoying glitch and can cause development to slow considerably because sometimes the terminal window history can get quite long.

Still an issue in 1.0.93. Using JetBrains Rider in windows

How has this not been fixed yet? There are many reports of this issue all over the place. It is a major annoyance. Sometimes the scrolling can last for 5 min or more.

Yes this is still an issue and is very annoying.
2.0.64 Windows Terminal - Still an issue
FYI - this issue might occur because Windows terminal doesn't have setting for keeping history so there is no screen buffer to scroll through. I started using WSL profile and making sure history is set to few thousands and the issue is gone.
