What's Wrong?

for over a year now everyone has had a issue with claude and scrolling issues where it crashes and continues to just screen print scrolls like some stupid ai slop model, again this is a easy fix stop ignoring it , work on actually issues that prevent people from moving forward or losing context / write ups due to your ai slop code

What Should Happen?

IT SHOULDN"T SPAM SCROLLS FOR HOURS AND RUN UP RAM AND CRASH, IT SHOULD KNOW THAT ITS NOT AI SLOP AND NOT 100% ready, you can't trust opus to push out your code stop relying on models and actually use a human to fix it.

Steps to Reproduce

The sentiment is unhinged

But I totally get it. Or at least put together a plan to fix it. I’ve never seen such a pervasive bug before.

How can we trust the coders behind the platform? Is this lack of attention to detail a wider spread problem?

He's paying for it, you're paying for it, I'm (was) paying for it. I too get it.

This isn't some open source volunteer project. It's been 7/8 months now that this issue has been formally reported and there are going on 30+ different issues all referencing this very problem.

I cancelled my sub a couple of months ago. I appreciate not everyone has that option so I can only recommend you try OpenCode.
It's got it's issues, but this isn't one of them, the OpenCode UI is beautiful.

Maybe Anthropic might actually give a damn in 2026?

220 euro per month for this kind of experience and customer service seems like a rip off. Will someone from claude team address this before it hits your revenues?

And then they threaten you with ToS violations for using alternative clients that actually work.
