Claude’s not adhering to tool schemas.

Claude should adhere to tool schemas precisely.

Steps to Reproduce

Use established MCP servers like Sequential Thinking.

Claude will make small syntactical errors such as failing to use Camel Case without being reminded to read the tool schemas.

Experiencing similar issues for other MCP servers.
