[FEATURE] Desktop: ⌘ + Click a paragraph to quote-reply it

Problem Statement
Most of my replies in Claude Code Desktop respond to one specific paragraph of the previous answer. Quoting it today means drag-selecting the paragraph precisely, then choosing Reply from the selection popup. The drag is fiddly on long paragraphs, easily grabs too little or spills into the next block, and has to be repeated for every quote.
The paragraph is already the natural unit of a response. The quote gesture should operate on it directly.
Proposed Solution
⌘ + Click anywhere inside a paragraph (or list item, blockquote, or table) in an assistant message quotes that whole block into the composer, exactly as if it had been selected and replied to.
- No text selection required.
- Same quote card and behavior as the existing selection-based Reply.
- A subtle hover highlight while ⌘ is held shows which block will be quoted.
- Ctrl + Click on Windows.
Alternative Solutions
- Drag-select the paragraph, then click Reply. This is the current workflow.
- Triple-click to select a paragraph, then click Reply. Closer, but it is still two steps and the triple-click selection does not always match the rendered block boundaries.
- Copy and paste the paragraph into the composer with a
>prefix.
Related, but distinct: #92482 (quote-reply to a whole message on web and mobile).
Priority
Medium - Would be very helpful

Use Case Example
- Claude answers with five paragraphs, each covering a separate point.
- I agree with most of it but want to push back on the third paragraph.
- I ⌘ + Click the third paragraph. It appears as a quote above the composer.
- I type my response and send.
