Feature request: multi-select quote reply (batch quotes into one reply)

Codex supports selecting multiple text sections in chat and replying to them together in one message. Claude Code only supports single-selection reply.
Requested behavior:
- Select multiple separate text spans across the conversation (not just one).
- Each selection queues as its own quoted block.
- Send once — all queued quotes go out together in a single reply message.
