Problem Statement

Read aloud exists, but long turns are mostly tool-call updates and working notes up top, with the bit I actually want (the summary, the gotchas, what to do next) at the bottom. Right now it's all or nothing. #69633 and #69687 asked for reading a text selection and were closed as not planned/stale.

Proposed Solution

Right-click any paragraph in a response -> "Read aloud from here". Reads from that paragraph to the end of the message. No selecting, no code-block edge cases - it's the existing Read aloud with a different start index.

Alternative Solutions

OS-level TTS on a selection. Works but reads raw markdown and sits outside the app.

Use Case Example

Claude Code finishes a 40-line turn. First 25 lines are what it tried and fixed. I right-click the "Verified working" heading and listen to the rest while looking at the result on screen.
