GitHub connector shows "Connected" but file browser stays empty — "Add repository" inserts URL as plain text

What's Wrong?

Repo: amazingflybrandnew/amazingfly-ng, branch main
GitHub Integration shows "Connected" in Claude.ai → Settings → Connectors
In "Add content from GitHub," you can select the repo and branch, but the file browser tree stays empty
Clicking "Add repository" only inserts the repo URL as plain text into the chat, not actual file content
Sending a prompt referencing that URL results in Claude being unable to access it
I've already tried reinstalling the GitHub App with "All repositories" access and reconnecting still no dropdown

What Should Happen?

When the GitHub Integration shows "Connected" and a repository/branch is selected in "Add content from GitHub," the file browser should populate with that repository's file tree, allowing files to be selected and their content attached to the conversation. Clicking "Add repository" should sync the selected repo's files (or add them to the picker), not just insert the raw GitHub URL as plain text into the chat.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → GitHub Integration, confirm it shows "Connected."
In a chat, click the attach/file icon and select "Add content from GitHub."
In the repo picker, select amazingflybrandnew/amazingfly-ng, branch main.
Observe that the file browser panel below the repo/branch selector stays empty — no file tree appears.
Click "Add repository."
Observe that instead of syncing files or showing a file tree to select from, the repo URL (https://github.com/amazingflybrandnew/amazingfly-ng/tree/main) is inserted into the chat as plain text.
Send a prompt asking Claude to use that repo's contents.
Observe that Claude cannot access the actual file contents — only has the URL as text.
