[GitHub integration] "Add from GitHub" in Chat inserts only the URL of a private repo; no GitHub tools available to Claude

What were you trying to do?

Use "+ > Add from GitHub" in a claude.ai Project chat to link a private repository (branch master) and have Claude read its files and pull requests.

What happened instead?

Adding the repository only inserts the URL (https://github.com/OWNER/REPO/tree/master) into the message. Claude reports it has no GitHub tools and falls back to an unauthenticated fetch, which fails (404/blocked) because the repository is private.

Settings > Connectors > GitHub Integration shows the account connected and the Claude GitHub App installed on my personal account with "All repositories", but tagged "Solo sesiones en la nube" (cloud sessions only). Project GitHub sync of selected documents from the same repo works; chat access to the repo does not.
