Bug Description
I'm using the Claude Code CLI, as well as the Claude Code interface in the web app (at claude.ai/code). When the agent asks a question in the CLI, it shows me my options to pick, as well as the preview on the right side of it. However,in the web app, I only see the left-sided answers. The web app also shows question descriptions that aren't in the CLI. This is very inconsistent behavior and makes it hard for me to know what I need to view where.
