What's Wrong?

Claude Code on the web fails to display session limit notifications when usage limits are reached, while other Claude interfaces (desktop and regular Claude) properly show these alerts.

What Should Happen?

All Claude interfaces should display consistent session limit notifications when usage limits are reached.

Error Messages/Logs

- Claude Code desktop: Shows session limit alert ✓
- Regular Claude: Shows session limit alert ✓
- Claude Code web: Goes silent with no notification ✗

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use Claude Code web, Claude Code desktop, and regular Claude simultaneously
  2. Reach the current session usage limit across all interfaces
  3. Observe error messaging behavior
